Verify a BTSI Certificate

Enter the certificate reference printed on the document to check whether it is recognised in the BTSI register.

No reference entered yet

Enter a certificate reference above and the register will be searched. Until BTSI confirms a certificate register, only clearly-marked demonstration records can be shown.

How verification works

Find the reference
The reference is printed on the certificate under the candidate's name.
Submit it here
Spacing and letter case do not matter — the lookup ignores both.
Read the outcome honestly
A match means only that the reference is in our records — nothing more.

Certificate register

BTSI has not yet confirmed the certificate register, issuing authority details or the process for reporting a lost certificate. The register on this page is a placeholder used to demonstrate the lookup — do not rely on it to verify a document.

What a match does not mean

It does not confirm the holder is currently an active member.
It does not confirm the training shown was completed at the stated date.
It does not replace a check with the issuing office.
It cannot be used as proof for employment, education or legal purposes.

If you need a formal confirmation, ask BTSI directly — see the contact page.

Certificates are issued only after recorded, verified assessment results. Registration captures your details so a branch can begin the process.

Issued only against verified results
Publicly verifiable once the register is live
Issued through your branch, not online
