How It Works

What the governing body does

The governing body is deliberately kept small and clearly accountable.

Policy & Standards

Sets training standards, code of conduct, assessment criteria and the direction of the organisation.

Leadership Oversight

Appoints, supports and evaluates officers and instructors across all branches.

Certification

Approves certificates and results against completed requirements and verified records.

Branch Network

Governs branch establishment, expansion and consistency of delivery between branches.

Resources & Welfare

Manages funds, equipment, welfare of cadets and allocation toward priority needs.

Outreach

Plans community service, awareness work and coordination with state and local authorities.

Meet The Team

Officers deliver the training

The governing body sets direction; officers carry it out on the ground with cadets every day.
